We called for our bathtub and kitchen sink not draining. We live in an old house and have had to have the main line cleaned out previously. They gave me a two hour window at 7pm to come fix it. At 9:30 I called and they said I was still on their list. At 10:30pm I called back to reschedule for the morning since I never heard back. I asked for a first thing appointment since I had been waiting all night and she said she couldn’t guarantee that and could get someone there between 9-11am. Then I was told because they never came the night before they could do 8-10am. The technician came at 10:30am and cleaned out the main line as suspected. The technician was great! The price was twice as much as the company we used previously! When I informed him of this he told me about a coupon I could find online which saved me some money but I still ended up paying $70 more than with the other company that did the same exact thing. I would definitely shop around before counting on RotoRooter.

The technician, Chris, showed up with a great attitude as was ready to get my drain unclogged. He assessed the situation, gave me a cost estimate, performed the service in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner and was careful about not messing up our house in the process!
