LBA Plumbing and Heating is a gem. They are responsive, capable, and reasonably priced. Special thanks to Rich Mousel who came out today and did a terrific job.Angelena Graybill was terrific. She did a first rate job for me, installling a new ADA toilet. It was really satisfying to see a woman doing this job - an added bonus.

This company tries to earn ur business then when u let them in ur doors and ask for an estimate, they send a guy out and don’t tell him he’s doing an estimate but he’s doing a service call, so I had him call his work and he found out that it was for an estimate. After he was done doing the estimate he said that they would email the estimate to me. I thought ok great. Well I get the email after 1 to 2 months later open it up and it’s not an estimate it’s a BILL
Saying my company owes them over $400 dollars. For work completed. I was like what!!!
I called up CEI mechanical and spoke to some guy who refused to give me the owners number because the owner was out of the office.
So what I’m trying to say is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
You will get charged for stuff u didn’t want and didn’t even sign for.
