I honestly cannot say enough good things about Lou and his two sons. Lou has been nothing short of outstanding to work with. Due to hurricane Ida I lost my entire basement and all the utilities. I reached out to Lou to give me a quote for a new boiler and hot water heater and he quickly provided a fully detailed estimate with specifications of exactly what he would be installing. I had a few questions regarding the system as well as warranty information and Lou was always extremely responsive with answers and provided me with all documentation that I requested. Not only did Lou do an outstanding job but I think one of his best qualities is how responsive he is. I never had to chase him as he always picked up his phone and always responded to messages in a timely manner. Lou always remained in contact with us throughout the entire process and he always showed up when he said he would. He did a great job installing my new boiler and indirect hot water heater and even suggested installing it up off the floor in order to avoid any future flood damage just in case. The night he finished the installation he even sent me a follow up message at 8:30 at night to confirm that everything was running flawlessly and that I didn’t have any issues. Him and his sons were a class act and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them for any and all future work. Thanks a lot Lou for making the process absolutely seamless and stress free!

I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

I called this company a week ago because our heater stopped running and I needed it working.

I had been dealing with a stubborn kitchen sink problem for weeks until I called for a plumber. The plumber arrived on time and exhibited exceptional skills in resolving the issue. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing a long-term solution left me impressed and relieved.

Use their service for the first time... Other service never pick up the phone only voice mail ( i hate that ) Called them in the afternoon and came in less than in a hour. Removed and installed my residential apartment water heater completed in less than 2 hours. Fair price and negotiated straight with the steve the owner directly ( not they are just like private contractors and bunch of guys with plumber tools with no license who has no idea to fix my water heater, as matter as fact dependablewas my 3rd one after the other two walked away without giving me better solutions ) Steve and Rino were doing great job to my water heater. It was completely perfect and fits beyond my expectation. they were willing to do it over a mile just to keep up my satisfaction. I guess they are not just dependable for me.. Reliable as well... We called them for a simple job. To uninstall a stove and install a brand new stove in its place. We informed them that we had all the parts needed and that the call for assistance was only given due to our landlords request to have a hired contractor. The guy who showed up was nice enough to help us remove the old stove and bring up the brand new stove. However, while the guy was working on the stove and trying to attach the valve to the gas pipe he broke the valve inside the gas regulator. When we made the appointment with the company the company reassured us that they would do the best they can for us and they would work with us on pricing. The guy who came in claimed we had him wait 45 minutes because he said he needed a new pipe valve so my husband ran to the store to get it but it was not 45 minutes. The hardware store was a block away from our house. The guy charged us $240 for the visit and yet wasn’t even able to complete the job of installing the new stove due to the gas regulator being broken by him. He then said he’d have to come back once we get that part fixed and that it would be another $95 for the visit. My husband called the company and spoke with the person who reassured him that if we had any issues with the cost to notify them. This person said they would talk to the owner of the business and get back to us. My husband informed them that he would need a refund or for them to at least replace the part that their employee broke. We have yet to hear back from this place. I would not recommend.

We had to make several calls. He was sick and could not get back.
But, yesterday he sent a very nice assistant who spent a number of hours
adjusting and insulating the unit as well as changing our shower from
6.5 gpm to 2.5 gpm to conserve water and to not use up hot water quickly
......all he did at no charge.
We are now very pleased and do recommend Clear Flo Plumbing and heating of jersey City.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
