I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

Amazing staff from the office to the technicians that arrived at my mother’s home. They showed up on time diagnosed the issue and fixed it the same day for a reasonable price. On top of that they put on boot covers to protect the floors which my mother really did appreciate. Thank You DMC Plumbing (Highly Recommend Them)

Horrible service!!! I called these guys to come fix my heater because it wasn't blowing heat and the guy comes and cleans something up and makes it work but then 2 weeks later it stopped working again. On another note, they had gave me 30 day warranty on the service if it was to stop working anytime and so I called again and they came back and they charged me the same amount again when they said it's covered in the first repair warranty. So i asked what are they charging me for and he's like oh i did this and that and I'm like i didn't even see you take anything up there so why are you making things up? He had no reply and then he said oh what if I lied to you and said I installed a new part just to take your money! Thats NOT good customer service if they are going to talk back like that. I also called the manager (who I made the appointment with) and he starts making up some other excuse just to take my money. I told him I wasn't going to pay him because he didn't let me know that he was changing another part, so therefore he said he will put it back the way it was and I said OK. And on the other hand, the manager is screaming at me on the phone saying don't ever call us for service. THATS NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL! If google had negative rating stars then thats what they deserve. Don't ever hire them because they are just full of lies to rob people.

Called for my mother and they were amazing

We had Royal install mini splits throughout our home this summer. They did the job ahead of schedule and were outstanding throughout the entire process. Chris and his team answered every question we had and were extremely professional while working in our home. I cannot recommend the team at Royal enough for all your Heating and AC needs. No one better in the area.

We just moved in the area and we come to find a horrible clogged pipe issue as as you can see in the picture as well as other rotten stuff that needed to be replaced. Glad I found this company, we called a few and this one was the only one that was prompt and professional to take care of the problem. Highly recommend! In June 2021, I needed to replace my combi tankless water heater in a somewhat ‘tough to reach’ location in my home. Kook and Son provided a quote and had the most knowledge and care in assessing the situation for me, so they felt trustworthy from the start. They weren’t my least expensive quote but quality/trust that it would get done right the first time was most important. I had found out about this company through a friend who is a real estate agent in Hoboken - so again, this recommendation helped build trust early on. Howard was also very helpful and accommodating as I got the town permits for the project. The communication throughout the project was top notch. The team who replaced my unit were friendly and professional. Overall, very happy with my experience and would refer them without hesitation to a friend.
