I have to say I am always very skeptical when I have to call a plumber, carpenter, AC repair etc.... because you always hear these stories of people getting ripped off and taken advantage of but not with Super Plumber!!

We were having an issue with our AC and my husband thought he fixed it however I wanted it checked anyway as I know the summer is coming and I HATE the heat! I called them and spoke to Tom who was able to come 2 days later during the exact time that worked for us (between 12-2). We were having issues cutting out on our phones so he sent me a text and I sent him all our information and he confirmed the app for us.

Thursday came and my husband was home but at 2pm he said they haven't called him yet so I reached out to Tom and not only was he extremely apologetic (there was glitch in the app schedule) he called my husband right away and came directly over to our home!

When he came he didn't push anything extra on us, I asked my husband to ask about cleaning the AC and he said we didn't need it and it was a ripoff! Anyone could have jumped on that and had us waist our money so they could do the work but he didn't, he was extremely honest, professional, and fair, he even waived the services charge because of the mix up in time!

He walked around and took the time to explain everything to my husband and found that our AC was fine (thank goodness!!).

If you have an issue with your AC you should definitely reach out to them as I cant recommend them enough!!

Despite the fact that it is typically challenging to trust a service from a person who understands a trade and client who knows nothing, I was fortunate enough to have a plumber visit to my house who was completely honest. He was exceedingly wise, considerate, and compassionate. He showed me what he had already completed and what he had planned to do before starting the work. This man will succeed if his employer will let him. Try addressing him by name. His name is Rowland. When we eventually connected, I felt comfortable letting my guard down. The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

What I like most about the new improvements are taps in the sink, very slender and thanks for re-adjusting the water pressure.

I called Aladdin at 8 am with a heating emergency. I was told someone would be there by 11:00 and sure enough they came right on time. They fixed the problem at a decent price, especially considering they had me over the barrel.

I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

I am very pleased with the work clearflow and the team did for me. When Rolando first came to look at my water heater I felt no pressure. In fact, he told me i could wait a few months, so i did. I called around regarding price and what they quoted me was fair. The team was very respectful of me and my home and cleaned up after themselves. So far i’m pleased with my new water heater.

The experience was horrible. It took 4 hours for someone to come to the house. 2 hours to clear a drain that was not cleared! Two days later the clog appeared again and what I was told was your technician won’t be available till Saturday. It’s Thursday, I can’t wait till Saturday send somebody tonight. Fours later a technician came and he wanted to charge me almost $600 to clear the line that I already paid to get cleared two days ago. Did I mention he didn’t look happy coming to my house that late. I told him I just paid $2200 two days ago for clearing a line that’s not cleared and I’m not about to pay you $600 for clog that was never cleared. I said to him when you ran my American Express card there was no hesitation in payment in the going thru. What’s the problem now? He called his supervisor and at this point it’s after 10pm and he ended up doing it. So the technician said I’m going to put a work order in for someone to bring a camera to look into your pipes. I called RotoRooter Friday morning and customer service said to me I will have a supervisor call you within a hour to schedule for someone to come out with the camera. It’s Saturday morning now and this survey popped up on my phone. I still haven’t gotten a call from the supervisor! So i rate my experience below poor.

I’ve used another plumbing company in the past but these guys were way better! Such a pleasant experience and the timing was so perfect as they were finishing up another job near by. They were quick to assist me and my issue (my cat carrier chain was stuck in the bathtub drain, long story lol). Will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs. Would highly recommend them!

This company is the most professional I've ever seen. They were on time and worked in a timely manner. Not only did they get the work done but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results.

We have an apartment in New Jersey that needed a plumber immediately. Found these guys on Google and called them based on their reviews and location. Spoke to Marc and he was super helpful even during these crazy times that we are living. He was able to send over a plumber and fix our sink back up within a few hours.
