After waiting till noon I called to check on the arrival time only to be told same amazing Emercency had happen and the entire company was needed to help make repairs. After rushing to check local and national news to maybe hear of a heat issue in a childrens hospital or maybe the White house there was nothing, then I checked to see if my money was still green. How unprofessional can you be to not atleast call and inform me of the EMERCENCY call that crippled the company and blew me off. . It will be a cold day in hell before I give these people any of my money thanks for nothing.
