Frank was extremely helpful. Our water wouldn't turn off when replacing a faucet, leaving us with leaking water under our sink. We sent him pictures of the issue and he helped us over the phone.

Overall great experience. They answered the phone when I called and had a technician at my house the same day. Their pricing was very reasonable and everyone was very friendly.

I recently had Eco Plumbing guys come over for re-routing a gas line for cooktop and re-installing sync, shut offs, garbage disposal and drain. I can not say enough good things about these guys all the way from the starting quote to finishing up. The Tech that came completed everything to perfection helped me work around some pretty tough issues. He was willing to stay until the job was done and in some cases stayed extra HOURS just to make sure everything worked out ok. I am a contractor myself and have not worked with a better group of plumbers.

He solved two tricky problems. A slow draining bathtub that I was unable to snake myself, he determined that the snake was going the wrong direction, perhaps due to an incorrectly orientated fitting. And he was able to clear the blockage with some finesse. He also replaced a cartridge in the shower and fixed the unorthodox work from the contractor who remodeled the bathroom. The price was also great both relative to the time he spent and compared with the last plumber I used.

After taking a ~$1000 full payment to fix a leak, they decamped with the money after cutting open the walls and leaving the work incomplete. Not responding to calls. Fraud. Beware.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

Cronin Plumbing is excellent! I have hired them to fix a bad leak underneath my kitchen sink and to replace a leaky kind faucet in a old sink. The quality of their work is superb and they are also always on time, professional and responsive in every way. When they do a job, they leave things looking better and cleaner than they were before. Cronin Plumbing has also given me advice about how to approach plumbing problems in my home that are not urgent. When doing so, I have always felt that they were looking out for my best interests as opposed to giving me advice to create work for them. I have a a great deal of trust and respect for the Cronin Plumbing staff and often recommend them to friends and neighbors. I will never call another plumber as these guys are BEYOND FANTASTIC!

Originally I gave them (celestial air) 5 stars but now they just keep trying to rip us off. They came to fix our boiler problems and every fix they made did not work out so every time they came they charged us a ridiculous amount. Please find a more reputable source cause these guys are not it.
