Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

Working with this company was a terrific experience! I needed a new hot water heater and some plumbing fixes for my apartment, and they set me up with exactly what I needed. Not only was the work completed in a timely manner, the quality was top-notch. True Professionals

The person that answered the phone was not supportive. I explained my situation to him and he asked my location. I live within walking distance of the business. He asked about the building them. I stated it was an apartment complex. He than asked how many apartments. I disclosed the amount and he states he does not do apartments. This information could have been placed on the website as well as the hours of operation. Because after 5pm it is classified as not normal hours. So the rate would increase.

i would've loved to work with this business as they came highly recommended by a few friends, but after repeated phone calls, each to an answering service and no direct contact with the business, i figured they must be doing so well they don't have to return phone calls to customers anymore. which, if i were to really think about it, i'm not sure i want to do business with them either, if they're making it this hard to give them business and money. i hope your experience with them is better. but as for me, i won't be calling them again.
just to add, my call to guarini plumbing and heating (whom i presume would be a competing business) was answered immediately by their employee, not an answering service, and with exchanges not only via phone, but also email. so you be the judge what makes a business worthy of your hard earned $$

Guarini Inc is doing work on a one block stretch of Magnolia Ave. They are replacing the water and sewer mains and replacing each home's water and sewer line from the curb. The crew is nice and when some water was leaking into my basement they quickly found and fixed it. I am grateful for the new lines being replaced at no cost to the homeowners. My only complaint (and knowing that Rome wasn't built in a day) is that they have been at it for 4 months with no end in sight. It is very disruptive to the neighborhood. I don't understand this. Are they being paid per diem?

The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

I had been dealing with a stubborn kitchen sink problem for weeks until I called for a plumber. The plumber arrived on time and exhibited exceptional skills in resolving the issue. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing a long-term solution left me impressed and relieved.

These guys stole money from me and never returned it. Insurance covered the cost, and when I asked for my money back, they never responded. Do not use these people unless you want to get robbed.

ATTEMPTED TO OVER CHARGE MY FAMILY FOR A SIMPLE PRESSURE TEST FOR A GAS LEAK, $750 PER METER ONCE WE QUESTIONED THE PRICE HE IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO LOWER THE PRICE. THEY ALSO WANTED TO BREAK INTO MY FLOOR TO GET TO THE PIPES, GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH MORE THAT WOULD OF BEEN. MY HUSBAND CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER ON SIGHT. HE DID THE PRESSURE TEST AND REPLACED PIPES FOR $1,100!!! ALSO HE DID NOT BREAK INTO OUR FLOOR TO GET TO THE PIPES! PLEASE DO UR RESEARCH CORRECTLY BEFORE GETTING SCAMMED BY COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONE !!!!!

Wow!! I am so thankful I found this service. He showed up within 3 hours after my call and found that the issue was simply debris clogging my drain. He fixed the issue within the 10 min and only charged me penny’s compared to the $500 and $400 I was quoted from other company’s. I am happy that I found someone I trust Incase I ever need help again. Thank you!

Originally I gave them (celestial air) 5 stars but now they just keep trying to rip us off. They came to fix our boiler problems and every fix they made did not work out so every time they came they charged us a ridiculous amount. Please find a more reputable source cause these guys are not it.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
