Had a major issue in my apartment with my water tank in a fairly complicated system and these guys came in diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately! Frank and his team are professional and some of the most knowledgable guys about heating and air conditioners. He even drew me a diagram. Highly recommend.

DMC helped us with a faulty boiler that then turned into a replacement of the unit. They were quick to get the problem solved and meticulous in their service. Tom the engineer was patient, friendly and very professional. He cared making sure we got the best service and we were happy with the results. Royal Heating and Cooling is a diamond in the rough. If you are looking for a company with good techs who know what they are doing, will show up on time, be cordial, do the right thing the first time, and then send you a bill that is more than reasonable considering all of the above, then these are your guys. Royal has helped me out of several jams over the years and every time i call them they amaze me with their level of professionalism. I really can’t say enough about Royal. If you are using another company in Jersey City, you are probably not as happy as I am.

Unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

I called several times over the course of a few weeks to no avail. Finally, I got through to the owner who made up various excuses for not getting back to me. He then came on location and assessed the job - HVAC installation. He was rather arrogant but nonetheless promised to give me a quote for the job and, of course, he never did. I followed up three times and was ghosted.

Total waste of time and energy. Why work with people like that?
