Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in Jersey City NJ

The first Company i called failed to unclog our sewer pipe, we called this company. They worked hard for over three hours to run their cable over 170 feet to the tree roots in our pipe at the end of our long driveway. These guys are professionals, knowledgeable and hardworking. We now have flushing toilets and running water once again.

Our bathroom drain-top was corroded to the point that it started breaking into small chunks. It was ugly, to say the least. Eco Plumbing came to the rescue. Their plumber replaced it quickly without any problem. Very professional and honest plumbers. These guys are now my go-to plumbers.

Quick to schedule and repair ac. They are expensive but timing is key and they have come when needed more than once.

A+! There was no heat in my home for a total of 5 days and 6 nights! I responded with both please and yes! I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

The 2 Roto-Rooter techs came on time to my house to fix an outside faucet that kept leaking. They instructed me on what they would have to do, how much was the repair, how long it would take to fix the pipe and faucet, and reassured me that everything would be covered for 1 year and that replacements themselves should last 30 years or so. After agreeing to the repair and costs, they went to their van to get all the parts and tools. They turned off the water main in the basement, ensured safety by draining any excess water from any nearby sinks and bathroom sinks and also the problem exterior faucet. They cut a piece of the old pipe, replaced it with a brand new pipe with 1 of those handle valve instead of the circular ones, then replaced the old circular exterior faucet valve with a finger valve for quick on or off shutoff. The whole process took maybe 1 or 1 and half hours tops. Hopefully everything remains intact, but as of this moment, I have better piece of mind for the winter months that we'll avoid any frozen pipes and pipe bursts. Much appreciated Roto-Rooter!!

We recently had our AC system replaced and it was a great experience dealing with Tom @ Bargotti super friendly very honest and very fair . We got 4 quotes he wasn’t the cheapest one but we were very comfortable moving forward with them and they had many great references from around jersey city . We installed a new rheem system and it’s super quiet and nice and cool can’t stop telling friends about them because we finally got a reliable “guy”: after a couple questionable experiences.

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.

We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.

When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.

Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.

I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.

Cannot rate their actual services, but I can say that I made an appointment online which was confirmed over the phone. Company did not show up for the scheduled appt, nor did they call or email to reschedule. First impressions are everything, and having scheduled this around my day, I definitely won't be calling them back.

Our living room area had some wall cracks and we called the company to fix them up. The technician who came was very prompt and did the job fast. Keep up the great job!

They completed the substantial amount of install work in consecutive days, without interruption. Even prior to our purchase decision, Howard Kook gave us extensive advice and presented solutions that were realistic, reasonable and without apparent bias. The installers, Pierre and Manny, listened to me, addressed my concerns, and came up with solutions that worked for all parties involved. I feel that Kook & Son did the project right.
