Super Plumbers saves the day every time - they are communicative, the prices are fair, and they follow up to make sure the job was done right. In December 2020 they fixed a complicated water hammer issue in my heating system. Today I had an issue with hot water not coming out of the faucets - Omar came right out and had that fixed in under 10 minutes. As a first time home owner, I appreciate these guys making it easy to get help when you need it. I will use (and recommend) them for every project!

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

Spectacular service. Exceeded my expectations - we had them install an A/C unit - terrific team. Very professional and knowledgeable. When faced with an issue during install... fixed the problem without hesitation. Pleasure to meet everyone - will gladly refer them.

The technician that was sent to our house was extremely unprofessional and refused to perform the job for the amount that was quoted to us by the company, stating I will not work for this amount. When trying to explain that the company had given us a quote the night prior (after inspection by another technician), he proceeded to accuse my father (who was at my house at the time of service) of not understanding english since he was disputing the price, which was not the case since my father has been in this country for over 30 years. It is unfortunate that this occurred since we had an overall good experience with the company just 1 week earlier with a separate plumbing issue. I understand that this may be an example of a bad apple within the company, however, it is unacceptable especially when we are paying thousands of dollars for a service.

We used Dan and his team for a complete home renovation including Kitchen. He and his crew are experts and perfectionists. His insights into designs and details were impressive and very helpful. There were delays because of supply chain issues but Dan never complained and always worked around the schedules.

I would highly recommend this company for any general contracting work as well as complete renovations of the house. They are reliable and worth the money spent.

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.

We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.

When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.

Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.

I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.

I tried to DIY a clogged drain in the bathroom sink and ended up creating a steady leak. I called this Company around 11:45am and At exactly 3:00pm on the dot, A repairman was at my door.
He was very kind and very professional. Worked for 35 minutes and was out the door. He was able to clear the clog AND fix my mistake...all for the standard service charge.
Definitely will use them again. Thank you for your help.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
