I have to say I am always very skeptical when I have to call a plumber, carpenter, AC repair etc.... because you always hear these stories of people getting ripped off and taken advantage of but not with Super Plumber!!
We were having an issue with our AC and my husband thought he fixed it however I wanted it checked anyway as I know the summer is coming and I HATE the heat! I called them and spoke to Tom who was able to come 2 days later during the exact time that worked for us (between 12-2). We were having issues cutting out on our phones so he sent me a text and I sent him all our information and he confirmed the app for us.
Thursday came and my husband was home but at 2pm he said they haven't called him yet so I reached out to Tom and not only was he extremely apologetic (there was glitch in the app schedule) he called my husband right away and came directly over to our home!
When he came he didn't push anything extra on us, I asked my husband to ask about cleaning the AC and he said we didn't need it and it was a ripoff! Anyone could have jumped on that and had us waist our money so they could do the work but he didn't, he was extremely honest, professional, and fair, he even waived the services charge because of the mix up in time!
He walked around and took the time to explain everything to my husband and found that our AC was fine (thank goodness!!).
If you have an issue with your AC you should definitely reach out to them as I cant recommend them enough!!

The weather hasn't warmed up enough to test out the mini-split air conditioners they installed but the overall experience of dealing with Chris at Royal Heating was one of the best I've ever had in dealing with contractors and tradesmen. Chris didn't mind answering questions or revising his quote after I changed some specs. He was pleasant to deal with, punctual, and dependable, and bent over backwards to make the job happen when I was having problems with the electrician I wanted to use for the necessary electrical work. I don't give out five stars easily, but based on my experience so far, I'd give Royal six if I could.

We called them for a simple job. To uninstall a stove and install a brand new stove in its place. We informed them that we had all the parts needed and that the call for assistance was only given due to our landlords request to have a hired contractor. The guy who showed up was nice enough to help us remove the old stove and bring up the brand new stove. However, while the guy was working on the stove and trying to attach the valve to the gas pipe he broke the valve inside the gas regulator. When we made the appointment with the company the company reassured us that they would do the best they can for us and they would work with us on pricing. The guy who came in claimed we had him wait 45 minutes because he said he needed a new pipe valve so my husband ran to the store to get it but it was not 45 minutes. The hardware store was a block away from our house. The guy charged us $240 for the visit and yet wasn’t even able to complete the job of installing the new stove due to the gas regulator being broken by him. He then said he’d have to come back once we get that part fixed and that it would be another $95 for the visit. My husband called the company and spoke with the person who reassured him that if we had any issues with the cost to notify them. This person said they would talk to the owner of the business and get back to us. My husband informed them that he would need a refund or for them to at least replace the part that their employee broke. We have yet to hear back from this place. I would not recommend.

Originally I gave them (celestial air) 5 stars but now they just keep trying to rip us off. They came to fix our boiler problems and every fix they made did not work out so every time they came they charged us a ridiculous amount. Please find a more reputable source cause these guys are not it.

We’ve used Kook and Son exclusively over close to 15 years in multiple residences because of their professionalism, promptness and the quality of their work. The technicians are also trained in current equipment (tankless water heaters, high efficiency furnaces, etc)
In our most recent engagement our tankless hot water heater developed a leak overnight. I called Kook around 9 am and they were able to get someone there that morning even though the techs were already at another job (great in and of itself!). The technician then worked with the manufacturer to troubleshoot and determined that the unit needed to be replaced and was under warranty.
This is where Kook really shined: the manufacturer needed to review pictures of the unit, where the leak was, etc. before approving the claim and allowing us to get a replacement unit so there was no way to schedule an appointment with Kook since we didn’t know specifically when we’d get that info from the manufacturer. Kook worked with us over the two days it took getting the manufacturer the info they needed and made technicians available the minute I was emailed the return authorization. They arrived within a couple of hours with the replacement unit (again, without a previously made appointment), replaced the defective unit and had hot water up and running again in a few hours. Howard Kook, the owner, also called me personally several times to let me know they were on the case, working with their staffing to ensure someone would be available when needed, etc. since he understood that being without hot water, even briefly, is a big problem and he didn’t want us to worry that we weren’t being attended to in the background even as we waited for the return authorization to take the next step.
We have and continue to give Kook and Son our highest recommendation.
