MIKE the main tech did an excellent job in repairing my home heating system. Very responsive, and very professional. He will first let you know the parts he will use and then give you a quote estimate before doing the work. Highly recommended and I will definitely use his company again in the future. Omar his assistant was also very helpful. They are the BEST PLUMBERS IN NEW JERSEY!!!

I recently had a leak in my bathroom caused by the unit upstairs. I called Tom from DMC and he was professional and thorough. He had a team out to check on the leak within an hour of my phone call. They worked diligently to identify the issue. Due to the damage, I also needed a new ceiling and insulation, and DMC coordinated the entire job for me. Obtaining their COI took about 20 minutes, which we all know is not always the easiest thing. They managed this repair for me perfectly and I feel fortunate to have found a trustworthy, professional and insured plumbing company. They made this entire job easy for me and my bathroom looks fantastic. I highly recommend DMC.

Excellent plumbing service. Ron asked if there were any other issue than the one I called on. When I shared with him a decade old sewer cleaning issue he was able to tell me how it needed to be fixed when other expect couldn't or wanted to dig up the entire front yard. That will be a call for another day. In the meantime my original problem is fixed quickly and efficiently have the knowledge to maintain it. Very impressed.

Mo, the owner, was very responsive to my issue (leaking wax seal on a toilet) and sent two guys (one also named Mo) to fix the issue at the time that worked with my schedule. Our furnace would not light. First cold day. We went on the neighborhood chat group and were recommended to American Way. I phoned them at 7:45am and a real person picked up on the first ring. I was told the technician would come between 11-2. The two-man team phoned me at 9:30, arrived at 9:45, had the furnace lit in under 5 minutes. Adam had me crouched down in front of the ignition assembly as he explained the situation. He demonstrated how to deal with a reoccurrence and explained what parts should be replaced (the furnace is 25-30 yrs old). No nonsense, reasonable charges. Needless to say I asked them for a sticker to put on my unit.

What I like most about the new improvements are taps in the sink, very slender and thanks for re-adjusting the water pressure.

Chris saved us $$$ by recommending a soffit for this particular project which worked out great as I was able to implement in ceiling speakers.

After making a service appointment a week in advance and taking a day off from work I had the pleasure via Kook and Son of being stood up. After waiting till noon I called to check on the arrival time only to be told same amazing Emercency had happen and the entire company was needed to help make repairs. After rushing to check local and national news to maybe hear of a heat issue in a childrens hospital or maybe the White house there was nothing, then I checked to see if my money was still green. How unprofessional can you be to not atleast call and inform me of the EMERCENCY call that crippled the company and blew me off. . It will be a cold day in hell before I give these people any of my money thanks for nothing.
