Best Free Estimate in Jersey City NJ

My toilet broke two days ago and I reached out to several plumbers, looking for a good price because this was a simple fix and I just don't have the tools or experience.

Not only did I get a great price, but the service was top notch and the person that worked with me was VERY reasonable and trustworthy.

I set up an appointment with the Somerset NJ RotoRooter...They showed up on time...I thought my trap was clogged... Joe and Pat put a camera in the pipe and showed me that the pipe in the yard was broken.......All the permits were taken care of...I was even set up with financing through a bank...I was informed of the procedure that would be done...Within an hour a crew was here to dig up and replace the broken pipe...The worker's introduced themselves and got right to work...The crew was working hard in the POURING RAIN....They were very conscientious...After the pipe was installed,the camera was inserted again to check the pipe....A high pressure water jet was put in the pipe to clear it to the street....ALL CLEAR...I was informed that after the township inspector comes out the crew will come back to fill the hole and smooth the rut's and torn up grass caused by the backhoe... I will recommend Joe and his crew to all who need plumbing/pipe work.... They were very helpful, friendly and hard working....5***** STARS....The job was finished in 3-4 hours...

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
