Best Faucets in Jersey City NJ
A few weeks after closing on our first home, our furnace broke down. We were referred to Sean at DMC and we are so glad we worked with him!
He was very responsive and knowledgeable not only with dealing with the issue, but also supporting our claim to our homeowner's insurance. In addition to installing our new, more efficient furnace and AC units, he set up our smart thermostat and returned to check that our system was working efficiently. He even came after hours to accommodate our schedule for a final walk through!
He was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend working with DMC. We were very satisfied with every aspect of working with them from start to finish!

Sewage was coming into the garage after a rain, and this company sent their Servicemen out within a few hours to clear the main sewer line. They knew exactly what to do and cleared the line in about 30 minutes.

This afternoon, Eric removed our unwanted garburator and replaced it with a drain so we have a second sink. Thinking this would be complex, I expected it to require two visits. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised when Eric offered to complete the work today, his first visit

We had a sewer line clog, causing a mess in the basement. We first called a local plumber who fixed it, and claimed the line was clear, but he left the basement bathroom with all the leftover gunk just sitting there. I spent a few hours cleaning it up. As soon as it was clean, the same messy flood reoccurred. I then called Roto-Rooter. They sent someone out immediately, 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night. The plumber's name was Edwin, and God bless him, he took care of everything. Not only did he thoroughly clear the sewer line, he cleaned and sanitized the shower!! He tested ALL the drains,: toilets, sinks, tubs, shower, to make sure they were all draining well. H also noticed some minor problems with a sink and toilet, and fixed them and meticulously explained what he was doing. He then gave me a container of drain cleaner to use each month to keep the drains clear. I cannot praise Edwin and Roto-Rooter highly enough. I will call them first from now on.As a follow up to the above post, Roto-Rooter repaired a sewer pipe that had broken underneath our driveway. They did a superb job,. I appreciate that they carefully explained each step of the project, told us the cost up front, and kept exactly to that price. They showed up and performed the job as promised, and left the repair site neat and clean. I hope we never have another sewer line break, but if we do, I will only call Roto-Rooter. I highly recommend them.

Had an issue with my toilet. The water would not stop running after the tank was full. The shut off valve was also broken. Carmine Jr. came same day within the hour to repair my issue. He was very nice and ran to the hardware store twice to get parts to make sure everything was working correctly. He made me feel comfortable and I was happy with the job performed. The pricing was average for the work done. Paid $250.00 in cash for a new pump system, valve and seal. I have actually used this company for the last 8 years that I have lived at my current address. They have always been professional and friendly. Something I value as a female since not all people in the plumbing and electrical industry treat female customers the same as they would a male.

Originally I gave them (celestial air) 5 stars but now they just keep trying to rip us off. They came to fix our boiler problems and every fix they made did not work out so every time they came they charged us a ridiculous amount. Please find a more reputable source cause these guys are not it.

Kook and Sons charge WAY too much for basic plumbing. I previously bought into their service agreement which tbh is just not worth it. They send out two guys in two trucks to do the job one guy can simply do, and they charge you double. I also had both guys leave while on the job to purchase basic supplies all plumbers should have on their truck, time in which I had to pay for. I have to acknowledge the workers themselves were very nice people, but I cannot accept businesses that price gouge.
