I liked Kevin because we trusted him in our home. He arrived on time, and he cleaned the area that a was mess. I think Kevin should receive 10 stars. Good Job Kevin!

after a clogged pipe caused major flooding in my kitchen, laundry room an basement, i received superb' customer service from Mark Liszewski who arranged having everything cleaned up and even contacted my homeowner's insurance company to file the claim. Next, i truly had the pleasure of having the happiest and best plumber i ever met (or person in any walk of life) come to my home from Roto Rooter to find and fix the clogged pipe. This unbelievably happy & knowledgeable person is Peter Skubera whose expertise found and fixed the problem quickly and without incident. Peter's plumbing skills surpassed those of any plumber I have ever hired. in addition to his excellent plumbing skills, his customer service was absolutely outstanding. plus he is so happy he sang the entire time he was working in my home and always had something positive to say. i was so distraught from the devastation in my home and for the first time in days i was able to smile and laugh and feel good again. Great people skills are just as important as the skills required to remedy a bad situation.

MA Plumbing and Heating is a group of skilled plumbers that work hard to do a quality job and listen to their customers. I have used them for commercial projects and can attest they do their work up to code and work very neat. They always see your project through from start to finish, they have integrity in how they run their business and do their work. I highly recommend MA Plumbing and Heating.

We called them for a simple job. To uninstall a stove and install a brand new stove in its place. We informed them that we had all the parts needed and that the call for assistance was only given due to our landlords request to have a hired contractor. The guy who showed up was nice enough to help us remove the old stove and bring up the brand new stove. However, while the guy was working on the stove and trying to attach the valve to the gas pipe he broke the valve inside the gas regulator. When we made the appointment with the company the company reassured us that they would do the best they can for us and they would work with us on pricing. The guy who came in claimed we had him wait 45 minutes because he said he needed a new pipe valve so my husband ran to the store to get it but it was not 45 minutes. The hardware store was a block away from our house. The guy charged us $240 for the visit and yet wasn’t even able to complete the job of installing the new stove due to the gas regulator being broken by him. He then said he’d have to come back once we get that part fixed and that it would be another $95 for the visit. My husband called the company and spoke with the person who reassured him that if we had any issues with the cost to notify them. This person said they would talk to the owner of the business and get back to us. My husband informed them that he would need a refund or for them to at least replace the part that their employee broke. We have yet to hear back from this place. I would not recommend.

Clear Flow is the flat-out the best, most responsive plumbing company we have ever dealt with. Our kitchen sink faucet recently stopped working and Rolando was able to diagnose our issue right over the phone (face-time & pictures) and the responsiveness of his team was exemplary. Upon purchasing a new faucet (along with a garbage disposal and water filtration system) Rolando's team responded the following day to complete the installation. These guys re the absolute BEST in the business. Would recommend them over and over again!

Called regarding a broken water heater Monday morning and someone showed up that after noon around 1 pm and replaced it with a new one. The cost was very cheap then what I use to pay a different plumber I'm glad I stumbled upon them they saved me a lot of money. I'll highly recommend.

Other reviews here have noted that they charge a little bit more compared to other plumbers/HVAC companies. The thing is, it's totally worth it. These guys know what they're doing and they won't cut corners. You get what you pay for.

*Update after having our AC units worked on again. Our system had a leak in it, and the work to fix things just wasn't as good as when I originally have these guys a 5 star review. Things were misdiagnosed. The work this time around just wasn't worth the premium they were charging. Downgrade to 3 stars.
