They are very experienced guys and know their way around a water heater. Our water heater went haywire and they were quick in figuring out the issue and solved it within an hour. Excellent service and reasonable prices.

Really good experience, Edi came and fixed our toilet pipes and replaced our bathroom faucet. Timely, reasonably priced, and courteous.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

I suspected the old furnace in my new (old) house was in bad shape, and was able to arrange an inspection quickly. The inspector confirmed my suspicions, explained furnace efficiency issues, and tried to soften the blow of the upcoming expense of a new furnace. The new furnace cost less to install than I had feared, I can't believe how quiet the new heating system is, and now my house is warm and cozy! Everyone I talked to with this company was friendly and helpful, too. Great people to work with!

On Christmas Day, we discovered our water heater was leaking and our entire basement was flooded. Not the greatest thing to discover during the holidays... but this company quickly resolved it for us!
Left a message Christmas Day, received a call at 9:00 the next morning (on a Teusday!) They said they'd be by in an hour to take a look. The Tech arrived at 10:00, went to pick up a replacement water heater, replaced it, and was out of there by 12:30.

A+! There was no heat in my home for a total of 5 days and 6 nights! I responded with both please and yes! I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. He and his crew worked diligently until both my heating system and my water heater were successfully installed. You can count on me to spread the word about this company to everyone I know. Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.

We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.

When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.

Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.

I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.

Our central ac needed repair, and I called this company for the job. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The expert was at our door bright and early. He conducted a very thorough inspection. The problem was with one of the parts, and he had to go back and bring the replacement. Our ac unit is working fine now. Thanks to Eco for sending their best technician for the job.
