Best Commercial Plumbing in Jersey City NJ
As always, Super Plumbers were on time, they called before they arrived to let me know they were coming. Very professional and efficient at their job.

Overall great experience. They answered the phone when I called and had a technician at my house the same day. Their pricing was very reasonable and everyone was very friendly.

Filled out the form on their website, they never responded to me.

Seriously disappointed in the HVAC Technician's inability to troubleshoot and repair my air conditioner. They would only see one issue at a time and couldn't get to the root cause. Ultimately they quoted me $550 to replace a $42 part. Only giving two stars because they were quick to answer the phone and show up (although they will charge you for that--fix or not)!

i would've loved to work with this business as they came highly recommended by a few friends, but after repeated phone calls, each to an answering service and no direct contact with the business, i figured they must be doing so well they don't have to return phone calls to customers anymore. which, if i were to really think about it, i'm not sure i want to do business with them either, if they're making it this hard to give them business and money. i hope your experience with them is better. but as for me, i won't be calling them again.
just to add, my call to guarini plumbing and heating (whom i presume would be a competing business) was answered immediately by their employee, not an answering service, and with exchanges not only via phone, but also email. so you be the judge what makes a business worthy of your hard earned $$

Even though it was a Friday afternoon when I encountered an unexpected plumbing issue, Jersey City Plumbing was able to dispatch an excellent technician within an hour. The problem was resolved expeditiously, professionally, and affordably. The technician, Kenneth, was excellent! He truly understood what he was doing. I will certainly contact this company again if I have plumbing problems.

Our kitchen sink was leaking, and we urgently needed a plumber to fix the problem. Thankfully, we found this reliable plumber, and they were quick to respond to our call. They efficiently identified the source of the leak and promptly repaired it. Their knowledge and expertise saved us from potential water damage. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

We called them for a simple job. To uninstall a stove and install a brand new stove in its place. We informed them that we had all the parts needed and that the call for assistance was only given due to our landlords request to have a hired contractor. The guy who showed up was nice enough to help us remove the old stove and bring up the brand new stove. However, while the guy was working on the stove and trying to attach the valve to the gas pipe he broke the valve inside the gas regulator. When we made the appointment with the company the company reassured us that they would do the best they can for us and they would work with us on pricing. The guy who came in claimed we had him wait 45 minutes because he said he needed a new pipe valve so my husband ran to the store to get it but it was not 45 minutes. The hardware store was a block away from our house. The guy charged us $240 for the visit and yet wasn’t even able to complete the job of installing the new stove due to the gas regulator being broken by him. He then said he’d have to come back once we get that part fixed and that it would be another $95 for the visit. My husband called the company and spoke with the person who reassured him that if we had any issues with the cost to notify them. This person said they would talk to the owner of the business and get back to us. My husband informed them that he would need a refund or for them to at least replace the part that their employee broke. We have yet to hear back from this place. I would not recommend.

I felt discarded by them. I couldn't even get them to talk to me let alone come over and look at my problem.

No stars. Big rip off. Owner is extremely rude. They charged $300 for doing nothing

My project was to fix fix out a leak in our sidewalk pipe that was running to the mainline across the street. I had spoken to 7 other contractors, and Rolando's initial survey was the most consistent, confident and informed out of all of them.
He was able to give me details of the exact work that needed to be done as well as the additional work within the house to keep our plumbing up to standards and replace our lead pipes. The quoted price was the same throughout and no change overs were necessary.
His team was very efficient and took care of both the indoor plumbing and outdoor roadwork within 10 hours of starting and minimal changes in the housing structure., and we were able to have access to water by the evening on the same day. Clear Flow's Tech, Manny, came by the next day to install the meter inside our house.
The only hiccup was the cementing of the road; there seemed to be some miscommunication on their end and that part of the work was put off for a few days. The person who did the cement did not finish the work entirely and told me I needed to buy my own mortar to seal off the gaps, but Manny was able to come in the next day to finish the job and assured me that it's their responsibility.
All in all, they were very efficient for what I was consistently told would be a big work. Their quoted price is much more reasonable than most of the contractors I've spoken with, and Rolando is confident and upfront about his pricing and work.

Dan and his team did a fantastic job renovating my 2 bathrooms. They were always on time, courteous cleaned up and kept me informed. It has been a year since completion and everything is great. I would definitely use DAN’S again and I have recommended this company to many friends.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
