The first Company i called failed to unclog our sewer pipe, we called this company. They worked hard for over three hours to run their cable over 170 feet to the tree roots in our pipe at the end of our long driveway. These guys are professionals, knowledgeable and hardworking. We now have flushing toilets and running water once again.

I had two big problems at my house. First, my central air conditioning stopped working so I called DMC and they arrived very quickly and fixed the problem. The next day, I had a clogged pipe in the kitchen causing a small flood. I called DMC and the truck came in no time. The problem was fixed. I am very satisfied with the excellent service I got from DMC. The technicians were very nice and professional.

We hired them to clean our ducts and fix our central air. The work was done quickly, correctly, and with the utmost degree of professionalism. I will be calling them whenever I have HVAC issues and I highly recommend that you do too.

Absolutely Horrible Experience- look elsewhere. The plumbers came to give us a quote for a leaking bathtub that had leaked to the floor below us. The price sounded unreasonably high so I said I was not interested in having them complete the job. I was not trying to haggle, I just knew I would get a cheaper price with a plumber I used in the past. Finally, they lowered the price to something I agreed to even though I still thought it was expensive. They fixed the issue of the leak going to the floor below however they did NOT fix the leak that was actually causing the issue!! When my husband questioned them they said oh, that needs a separate piece that was not included in the price, we could not believe it! So, my bathroom tub is still dripping water. Now, I need to have a new plumber come out and do that work and pay someone more. I feel completely taken advantage of- I would look elsewhere.

You don’t truly appreciate a good plumber until you’ve dealt with a bunch of them and realize how rare it is to have one show up when they say they will (let alone the right day) and also give you a fair price. Dealt with Marty and Brian a handful of times and they’ve been as professional as you could possibly expect.

Despite the fact that it is typically challenging to trust a service from a person who understands a trade and client who knows nothing, I was fortunate enough to have a plumber visit to my house who was completely honest. He was exceedingly wise, considerate, and compassionate. He showed me what he had already completed and what he had planned to do before starting the work. This man will succeed if his employer will let him. Try addressing him by name. His name is Rowland. When we eventually connected, I felt comfortable letting my guard down. They efficiently identified the source of the leak and promptly repaired it. Their knowledge and expertise saved us from potential water damage. Highly recommended!

I had a water valve burst in my finished basement on Christmas morning. I don't know how much water came out, or how long before it was broken (thank you laundry pile for absorbing so much), but it was a lot. Unfortunately I had no way to stop the leak other than shutting off the water main to my entire house... a house which uses radiator heat, and thus needs water to keep warm. I called Hurricane and they had some one out there on Christmas afternoon, just a few hours later, to fix the problem and get my house livable again. I have no clue what a reasonable price for saving my butt on Christmas day is, but they were the only plumber around that was even willing to do the work, so to me that's five star worthy. Erik was incredibly responsive and great with communicating. Brendan did the job well and was very friendly. I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I am, they'd be my first call.

Gave me a price of $12,500 without actually seeing the job. He sent a tech, tech was nice, but the supervisor over the phone gave me this price. I asked him how he came up with the number, he started explaining, I said you haven't seen the job. I told him I'm in this business and know what's needed to do the job..how can you estimate a job you haven't seen? Its roughly 25 feet of 1 1/2 inch copper pipe. Than they charged me a service fee. I work in this business and when a company over shoots, its because they just want a quick buck with the service fee. Would not recommend. Thieves are what yous are. I got multiple estimates no where near their blind estimate. Again stay away, get multiple estimates.

Use their service for the first time... Other service never pick up the phone only voice mail ( i hate that ) Called them in the afternoon and came in less than in a hour. Removed and installed my residential apartment water heater completed in less than 2 hours. Fair price and negotiated straight with the steve the owner directly ( not they are just like private contractors and bunch of guys with plumber tools with no license who has no idea to fix my water heater, as matter as fact dependablewas my 3rd one after the other two walked away without giving me better solutions ) Steve and Rino were doing great job to my water heater. It was completely perfect and fits beyond my expectation. they were willing to do it over a mile just to keep up my satisfaction. I guess they are not just dependable for me.. Reliable as well... Keep up the good work guys. Makes your clients happy and you will get more referrals . Thank you so much for saving my time.

Dishonest. Unprofessional. Overcharges and does not stand behind his work. Stay away from this guy. People like him give contractors a bad rep. If you don't believe me, ask him for a quote, then shop around and you will find he charges 70-80% more. Low standards all around. Sorry for the people that work under him.

Dan and his team did a fantastic job renovating my 2 bathrooms. They were always on time, courteous cleaned up and kept me informed. It has been a year since completion and everything is great. I would definitely use DAN’S again and I have recommended this company to many friends.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
