Best Central Air Conditioning Installation in Jersey City NJ

AC stopped working during the recent heat-wave.  They answered my call and someone was at my house in less than 2 hours.  He diagnosed our AC, explained the problem (fan capacitor and fuse), replaced the defective parts and had my AC tested / back up and running in less than an hour.  Charged a fair price.  I would highly recommend them and will use them again if any other problems arise.

tech who vistied to repair water heater was doing google , youtube and asking friends on phone about the fix .he had no idea about troubleshooing and suggesting me to call manufacture and took money for his visit . All scam , this company is fraud.

Experience was great, had the plumbing lateral from the house to the city connection replaced. Quick, professional, fairly priced, and did a great job keeping the front yard clean and put it back in great condition. The Plumber did a great job explaining the process and work timeline.

AWFUL! Do not use these people! They sent me someone who charged me $475 to fill up my unit with 6lbs of refrigerant. I later found out the 30lb tank is about $500. They charged me about the same for only 6 lbs. A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!! .

They had an idea about what could be the cause of the problem, and their hunch was on point. One of the technicians disassembled everything very carefully and fixed the problem.

They completed the substantial amount of install work in consecutive days, without interruption. Even prior to our purchase decision, Howard Kook gave us extensive advice and presented solutions that were realistic, reasonable and without apparent bias. The installers, Pierre and Manny, listened to me, addressed my concerns, and came up with solutions that worked for all parties involved. I feel that Kook & Son did the project right.
