BEWARE!! This plumber told me that I needed to rip up the entire bathroom to remediate a leak telling me the bathroom was not weather proofed & estimated $5k. In actuality all that was needed was silicone & caulking. When I followed up with them they were non responsive & hung up. The guy they sent was inexperienced on & was on the phone with his boss to diagnose the problem in the meantime he needlessly placed 2 holes in my ceiling which I now need to repair. Worst Ever!!

Bunch of liars and crooks with fake reviews. Beware of these guys. Tried to tell me that it would cost $2500 to fix the system. Luckily I found another company and they told me there was only a minor issue that cost me $80 only. When I called them back they started yelling and abusing me

A+! There was no heat in my home for a total of 5 days and 6 nights! I responded with both please and yes! I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. He and his crew worked diligently until both my heating system and my water heater were successfully installed. You can count on me to spread the word about this company to everyone I know. Our kitchen sink was dripping, and we needed a plumber right away to solve the issue. We were fortunate to find a dependable plumber who responded to our call right away. They swiftly fixed the leak after successfully locating its cause. We avoided potential water damage because to their expertise and understanding. highly advisable

I called for an emergency, they answered in less than an hour. They came out within the time frame given to me. The tech was great, he explained everything discussed pricing, he did a wonderful job.

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.

We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.

When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.

Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.

I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.
