Mike White was my plumbing technician and he was very helpful and informative. He took the time to explain my options and did the work on the spot. So far I am very pleased with the service I have received from Abacus.

We came back from vacation to a hot house. The thermostat mentioned something about our condenser malfunction. I called Stan's right away which happened to be the 4th of July of all times! They scheduled it the next day. Took the dog to a friend's house and we survived the night. The service engineer was very knowledgeable and professional. He found the problem right away. We were very grateful and happy to have selected Stan's to be our vendor of choice for servicing our AC unit.

Daniel was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took extra time to go over the details with me and suggested solutions. He fixed the problem the same day! He is great and has wonderful customer services skills.

Not particularly happy with the service. This was the second time for the same problem (no heat). Alex at first did not find anything wrong with the Heating Unit. After sharing with him there must be something wrong because we have not heat. With extensive observation, Alex discovered that I needed to replace my thermostat. I declined.

I was in a pinch, and Madison got me taken care of even while she was on vacation. She was able to get me on the schedule in just two days, and even gave me pricing up front...which if you've called a plumber before you'd know that is almost unheard of without them having to come out to do an evaluation first. Hope to not need a plumber again, but will definitely call these guys back if I do!

We have been utilizing SALT to replace our parking lot lights, capital projects, for all of my apartmentnow I can confidently depend on our assigned project manager to provide the answers needed. The biggest game changer is that now I have one source of truth!! They can handle all of our HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, and etc. needs without having to deal with 3+ various contractors. In the middle of our lease-ups, when you are already above your head- it is a true blessing to have SALT as a partner!! They eliminate the “hassle” that our Assistant Project Managers would handle; without having to reach out to 3+ various service vendors for light, hvac, and many other projects both small and large. Their quality, timeliness, and urgency on their project deliverables is the gift that keeps on giving!! Truly provides us and anyone else the work life balance we all are seeking in our role!
