Best Wire System in Austin TX
Working in customer service and administrative assistance for over 10 years and my first interaction with first commercial via front desk was very sassy, rude and felt rushed off the phone. The technician was very kind and informative of my AC issue. Administratively; customer service lacks understanding and patience. All I needed to do was clarify information at the time. Overall, the receptionist made me feel stupid and mocked me in a ignorant way (“ I didn’t say you ‘ain’t’ got a minor problem)-receptionist? on 4/30/19 around 11:30 amAc tech; Bryan ?

I cannot say enough good things about Stan’s. I’ve used them multiple times for heating, a/c and plumbing. They are always able to have a tech come out at within a couple days at most, if not same day sometimes. Everyone has been professional and pricing is very reasonable. We also are signed up for their membership program, which includes 2 check ups a year, and they called to schedule it without me having to remember to schedule. Top of line service.

Great services my bath tub was clogged and they came in to fix my bathroom, amazing plumbing skills and the expertise to explain each step of the repair was on point, they never moved forward without authorization and the equipment for the repairs was very professional as well. I will always recommend a job and give Damian five stars for excellent customer service

The only reason they get 2 stars from me is that they used to be a good company. Every visit there is some 'dire warning' about whatever system they inspected. The plumbing inspector told me my connection to the street was faulty and needed multi thousands of repair......how would he know that????? He never went and looked at it. I was sitting on the porch the entire time and that area was in my full view. I was warned my entire A/C would need to be replaced (when my house was brand new) I had 2 friends quit working for them because if you aren't selling a lot of unnecessary expensive product you are a bad employee. I even overheard on guy, who was new to the area, Who said my entire kitchen sink needed replacing for no less than 600.00 when I needed the faucet replaced Then I overheard him on the phone with his supervisor who he told 'but we replaced the water heater only 2 years ago'. The last guy that came to inspect my Ac said it was in perfect condition with nothing to worry about. At least the workers there seem to have more integrity than the company itself.
