Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.

Wow, Alex and Desmond did an amazing job in my house!! They totally repaired my toilet that was in a very bad way!! They were extremely friendly and left with a smile on they’re faces. They also left my bathroom extremely clean!! Fantastic service, best plumbers in Austin!

Abacus was fantastic! Our AC wasn’t properly cooling and they were able to send someone out the same day! The office staff was extremely friendly via phone and text. Nik was extremely friendly and walked through everything with me and provided plenty of advice and tips to help prevent any future issues. The price was a great value as well. I plan on calling Abacus for any future HVAC, plumbing or electrical needs we may have!

Stan's put in 2 HVAC systems in my new home that was just finished in July. The returns and vents were done incorrectly and required 3 or 4 service calls and a weeks to figure it out and fix it. I'm trying to use the heat for the first time this year and its blowing cold air.The service techs have done their best and everyone has been friendly, but the installation was more than a few service calls can fix. I'm frustrated that they didn't acknowledge and actually fully check out the system. I have a feeling there will be many more service calls . I give them 1 star for the installation and 4 stars for service, - averaging to 3 stars.
