Brett, who came out to provide the service, was very thorough. Our unit was 21 years old! Brett carefully reviewed our options, showed us pictures of many parts of the HVAC system, and our ultimate decision was to replace this unit entirely. The only reason I didn't check Good Value is that we cannot possibly know that until it has been working for several years. But Brett and the two young men who installed the units (one outside and one in the attic) were very professional, thorough, and all three worked hard to get us back in operation in the Austin September heat.
