Reliant Plumbing is a total scam. Nothing against their worker Ryan. He was quick and did the job in a timely manner. However I feel that they totally price gauged me. They took a total of 7 minutes to change a small $10 dollar 1/ 2inch flexible pipe. It was 7:30 at night and I was pressed for time to get my kids to sleep and get to work. I didn't want to leave my pregnant wife with my two kids in the house alone as I went to work. I agreed to the price of $529 dollars and had no choice. I figured I would discuss with their customer service in the morning to try and clarify this price as I didn't have time to fix this issue before work; The girl that answered the phone and spoke with me was obnoxious and rude. I explained to her in a calm fashion what happened and asked her to explain the bill... She could not explain their rate, nor how he arrived at the price. She cut me off and did not let me explain. myself. She yelled and stated it was called convenience, convenience, convenience. I feel that they looked a my house and neighborhood and made the price based on what they think we could afford and not what it should cost. Very disappointed with them and would definitely not recommend them. She hung up on me and would not let me explain any further. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
