ARS came out Monday night to give a quote to install a water softener that we had just purchased from Home Depot. Our garage is plumbed and ready for the water softener (our home is five months old and we did this ahead of time). Their quote was $980.00 We asked twice if that was the correct price. They said yes. We asked how long it would take to put it; and they answered ; not that long because everything is ready. We were shocked. We called Home Depot because they recommended this company. They were shocked. Needless to say, we went with another qualified and highly rated plumbing company that charged $346.00. There is something very wrong when a company wants to charge three times what the job should be charged. Beware
