Bam Bam came out to investigate a possible water leak and he took the time to show us how to check for basic leaks and explained what he was doing in layman’s terms. He definitely knew what he was doing, and had patience with us asking him question after question, and was friendly. Bam Bam made my first experience with a plumber very positive and memorable. O&M is top notch! They provided same day service, gave me a $ figure for trip charge and a 2 hour window of arrivaland were even early! The technicians were prompt. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were very pleasant and provided information to prevent recurring issues. They deserve at least 10 stars!

Blake immediately passed the vibe test. Friendly, responsive, and professional. Very fair pricing. My second floor water heater was not an easy replacement. He stayed well into the night to make sure we didn't go another day without hot water. He's on my favorites list for sure!
