I made an appointment on a Wed night at 6pm for the next day. The whole process was quick and easy and the entire phone call was just 6 minutes.Turns out it was a little too easy... my appointment window of 8am-12 on Thursday came and went. When I called back to make sure I was on the schedule they said they didn't even have me in there, so I wasted all morning waiting.I went with another company.

Utterly terrible service. Technician showed up miserable and complaining about the job. Quoted me double the price of numerous competitors so I said no thank you. They still charged me $90 just for him to drive to my house. Price and service was horrendous. Definitely avoid.

We had a complicated case and Zoom Drain helped us the whole way through. Their customer service and communication was great, they were quick to schedule appointments, and were on time. Their service techs were very professional and friendly and were easy to work with. Would certainly recommend!
