Technician arrived on time and was very professional. After a thorough check of the heating system, determined incorrect size of ducting was used causing inefficient airflow to upstair areas. Technician took time to ensure I understood the issue and options to rectify the problem. Went above and beyond what the last technician did. Great assessment of a recurring issue that should’ve been identified earlier by others. Would call again in the future.

Marshall, service tech, responded to solve cooling problem after they installed a new blower cage. Diagnosed problem quickly, added some refrigerant. He is very knowledgeable, explained the problem and gave us info on units should we need to replace this one.

We are satisfied with the completion of the huge job that we needed . The process went pretty good overall. Our issue we encountered was with communication trying to get our questions answered . After the 5th call to the office, leaving messages, we were able to finally get a quick response from Samuel Martin. Mr. Martin was able to get all of our questions answered along with making us feel at ease about the job that was completed. So thanks Samuel for being professional,understanding and prompt. Now all I'm waiting for is my referral bonus . BTW this is our 2nd pipe repair with this company and our 1st repair went %100 smooth from beginning to the end with no issues at all. Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
