L & R Electrical Contractor’s Electrician
Clearly incompetent, unable to to finish projects on time. Repeated issues of cleanliness, and time management. When installing cam lights and boxes failure to cut only necessary material away. Always leaving more repairs for other trades to do behind them. This includes cabinet damage, drywall damage and water line damage.

ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing Electrical Electrician
Technician tried to take advantage of us instead of just solving a simple problem. Our blower needed to be replaced - that was it. Instead of just focusing on the blower replacement, he said the capacitor was bad (it wasn't - just replaced 1 year ago), said we needed a compressor saver installed (nope - the system is only 6.5 years old), and recommended a few other items for upgrade (UV light, surge protectors, drain, etc). Then presented us with 3 pricing options based on whether or not we joined their annual subscription and if we act now blah blah blah. Came off as a pushy salesman. Well, instead of following our gut, we agreed to 3 items totaling a whopping $1800 (blower, capacitor, compressor saver/starter). A month later, our compressor wouldn't kick on. We had to call them back and when he came out, he said our compressor was out and recommended a full system replacement. I had a feeling it wasn't out, and that the compressor saver he installed was causing the issue. Sure enough, I had another company come out for a 2nd opinion (Stan's). They unhooked the compressor saver and the system started right up. Everything checked out with no problems. Saved $10k by not replacing our system! I will never use ARS again and I recommend you don't either.
