When I called ABACUS, Angela answered my call. Angela was thorough with information and informative. Cameron, our service tech, was very professional, explanatory and extremely polite. He arrived within 1 hour of my call to ABACUS which is remarkable. The service was conducted on my father's A/C. My parents are in their 90's and would have not felt well if they had no air conditioning. The service was over all excellent. We hope that Cameron will be our regular service tech.

I shopped for the replacement of my HVAC system. Receive four proposals. Stands heating and air conditioning with by far the most professional and competitively priced with high quality equipment. They were on time and replace the entire system. System is working great!

Kevin of Fox Service is a true professional in his work. He performed the annual check of my home's gas furnace in a manner that did not disrupt my day in any way. He phoned ahead, arrived exactly on time, and knew where everything was located. He was one of the gentlemen that installed the furnace a few years ago. He concisely explained the results of all of his tests. He is a helpful and friendly person far beyond the norm.

Completely satisfied with the service. Yesterday my air conditioning stopped cooling, it was very hot so I went to turbo, in less than 3 hours Carlos, who was very kind and efficient. He ran a full diagnostic and fixed what was wrong, the filter, in this case. It was a very efficient and immediate service, very grateful to Carlos and turbo for their work.

Karl, was very courteous when he arrived and asked about my air condition problem. He was very professional and I went about my business inside the house. He explain to me the capacitor was the problem and showed it to me. I am happy he brought the defective part and showed it to me not knowing much what part was defective. All I can say it was great service and I highly would recommend to anyone who has an a/c problem. Thank you Karl the technician!
