Very pleased with David Jones solution to our plumbing problem under the foundation. Digging under foundation was started right away to fix problem. No waiting for crew to start. Loan process for financing work was painless too! David is very knowledgeable about repairs and process to get it done.

I called these guys out the other day when my water heater went out and Ricky came to check it out not only was he able to get the same brand he was also able to install it that same day super professional he layed floor covers and was very careful highly recommend. As he was in the attic he also noticed my AC system was over 20 years old and was sweating from all the torn duct that was up there, what I really liked was that he showed me exactly where it was leaking from. They came out the next day and knock it out in a couple of hours I really appreciate their services and will definitely be calling them anytime I need them.

Emergency plumbing issues are never welcome. And last Sunday (4/26/19) I had one such emergency. The PVC waterline that goes from my home to the street sprung an impressive leak and was gushing water about 12-inches into the air. By the time I noticed it Sunday morning, there was already standing water in the yard. I went to the street and shut off the water and searched online for 24/7 Emergency plumbing repair, and found ARS Rescue Rooter. I made an appointment for that day with their scheduling person, but their dispatcher called back shortly thereafter and said the scheduler made a mistake, and they could not come out until the next day (this is why I gave them 4 and not 5 stars). I did try other places, but encountered similar scenarios. So I kept the appointment, and was a priority appointment on Monday. Miguel was my plumber. He arrived around 10 a.m. and was professional, friendly and a good communicator. I left him to the work while I went to work. He called me about two hours later, to let me know he completed the job (one of his colleagues showed up and helped with the digging) and the water was back on. Overall, the experience was a good one, minus the original scheduling goof, and I would recommend them and use them again.

Got same day service when so many places said they were booked weeks out. John was great, very professional, clean and safe. Took him less than 20 minutes to replace my fan. Highly recommend, I will definitely use them again for any home electrical needs.
