We lost AC/Heat Thursday evening. I submitted a callback online from Abacus Friday morning which I received in under 30-min. Within about 2-hours, Frank Gonzales was at our house and diagnosed the problem. The compressor died in our outdoor HVAC unit. The soonest they could get a Carrier replacement and install was Monday. Frank also installed the replacement compressor. He had us up and running in a few hours. He explained what goes into replacing a compressor, why, and that it’s not like changing a battery. I would recommend requesting Frank if he’s available. He took his time, did it the work correctly, and made us feel confident we shouldn’t run into any issues in the near future with all he had done. Great experience!

Jesse Crawford was the service technician who checked out our HVAC that was not cooling properly. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He got the unit blowing cold air again but due to it being !3 years old, we have decided to replace it. Jesse was very helpful in contacting Stan’s office to have a meeting with Project Manager set up to begin replacing old heat pump. Great service!

We have used Fox Service for many years as twice each year we have them come and check out our systems for the coming changes to winter and summer. This gentleman who came was superb. He provided a card but we cannot find it. His initials are LOM. Very thorough. He explained the r ____ Halo' and we had him install one on one of our units. We had an incident that caused us an inconvenience, but throughout the difficulty we had some strong supporters from the ARS team. Renee is super awesome and continually worked with us to resolve the issue. Jerry was also super patient, helpful, and supportive. In the end everything is working just how I want it to.

After 7 years I have found an electrician and a company who are responsive , on time , professional and priced correctly for the service rendered. So during the freeze I lost an outside breaker and a disconnect box . Not a big deal , but when I called the usual companies The answer was in the next month time frame . Well that wouldn’t get it because the impact was to my A/C . My neighbor recommended Efficient .......I called on day one. They came on day two ( and yep bad breaker and more ) and they returned Monday and all is well ( basically day three ) . John Padro is my guy and should be yours too !

I found Manuel through the company’s Facebook page and I have no regrets. I got an appointment super fast and Manuel was on time the two times he was out my house to complete some electrical work. Manuel did a great job with all the electrical work I needed done in my home. The fandelier, pendant light and vanity lights turned out so beautiful. Also hung my tv and helped hide the wires behind the wall, see photos!
