We recently had two AC / Heating systems installed by Stan's for our 2-story house. The service and professionalism from all of Stan's employees -- from project manager to office staff to installation technicians to post-inspection personnel -- was of excellent quality. The price was reasonable, and the Carrier brand and warranty is superior to our previous systems. We will definitely continue to use Stan's for our HVAC maintenance.

My experience with fox is always an excellent one. Darren Sullivan is my go to guy. He has been servicing my AC and heater for at least three years. He is very professional, informative, timely, personable and kind. I will wait until he is available to service my products. He is the best. If I had the opportunity, not only would I buy him lunch but dinner as well. He is extraordinary human being.

We had a water leak and a heater that has some issues, we were quoted $5k for the work. The leak got fixed but the heater was placed on hold. We still got charged $5k and we were told that we would receive a detailed invoice with services and breakdown of everything plus pictures to submit to our insurance. They gave us none of this and we emailed them for a corrected invoice which they have not followed up in submitting to us. My recommendation is to get invoices upfront and then pay them because they have no follow up.

Used them a couple of times now. This time I called really late and got a human! They scheduled me for the next day and boom, someone calls me, I get a text confirming, nice service. At this point after my first good encounter I don';t think I wont go anywhere else when I have a problem. I feel like they know my system now as well. Explained everything to me.
