On a Saturday, when my sprinklers wouldn't come on I checked a valve in my yard, but the pipe snapped at the valve when I tried to shut the valve off. With water spewing everywhere, I managed to get the main water line shut off but that meant we had no water to the house. I called about 5 plumining companies. Most couldn't send anybody out till Monday. One was able to get a plumber out the next morning. Stan's was the last company I called and they said they could get somebody out that afternoon. Within about 30 minutes Jose Hernandez called saying he was on his way. When he showed up he quickly found the problem, gave me an estimate and got to work. Unfortunately, he didn't have the parts on hand to fix the sprinklers he was able to cap off the leak and get water turned on back to the house. He scheduled a return trip for Monday to finish the job. Jose was very friendly and professional. I'd definitely call Stan's again for my plumbing needs.

We've used Fox for years, and have been pleased with the work they've done on plumbing, electrical issues, and HVAC repairs and installation. This time, Byrom, the plumber who helped us solve long-standing problems with our shower and outdoor faucet as well as a sudden, serious problem with our bathroom faucet, exceeded even our high expectations. Cody diagnosed the problem quickly and took care of all of the bad or subpar wiring in our new house that had been left over. He worked a half day one day and then almost a full day the next out in the hot June Austin sun to make sure our electricity was solid throughout the house (including solidifying our AC and installing our Nest thermostat!). Really impressed with Christian and Adept Plumbing. He was incredibly responsive and took the time ahead of his visit to ensure he came with the right parts and solution. When here he worked quickly and professionally and did a great job fixing how our appliances were draining which was causing some issues for our dishwasher.
