Nikolas came to inspect our a/c unit. He was courteous and explained the inspection and recommendations. He tested the old part and the new part for me to see before he put in the new part. Very nice guy!!

Our furnace stopped working on Sunday morning and I called Turbo and they were out the same day to take a look at the problem. Jay explained the problem thoroughly and offered to try and find parts for our ancient furnace without trying to sell us on a new one. Replacing was the way to go for us, however, and Turbo was able to bring and install a new one the next day. We were very impressed with the speed of their service and the price was reasonable. They cleaned up the work site afterwards, were polite and communicated everything well. If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be stricter Covid protocols, as I had to ask a few guys to wear masks in the house. Otherwise, great service and we would be happy to use Turbo again.

They were good at keeping in touch with me to know that they wanted my business. They sent a service person - Steve and he was very good and explained what he could do to fix my situation. He told me about my switch being bad and recommended that I replace it. Very good people, used them because the ac people did should a good job that I thought that they would do it right.

We had a great experience using Efficient. John, our technician was professional, polite, and on-time. I would definitely use them again in the future, and encourage anyone who is need of technical services to use them as well.

This business responds on time. I was looking to check and change a toilet valve, and they came the next day, good!The only upsetting issue was the price. I was told that the hour labor was $121 plus $30 for materials when I called. The team came and worked for 30 min. Then, I received an invoice for $165 for one hour labor, plus $30 materials, plus taxes, plus $3.75 fee for using credit card. I had to call and ask for the original price that I was told l, the person on the phone was insisting that the minimum is an hour labor for $165. Since I insisted the changed the price to a just one hour labor minimum of 125 plus materials. I went there to drop a check and save some dollars for using the credit card.The plummer was very kind and fast, not a problem with the service. Just watch out and be sure what the final price you will pay and avoid any missunderstanding
