My experience with them demonstrates that their professionalism and rapid service is worth the 5/5 stars that I am giving them. Fox Service Company was one of the only companies in Austin that have HVAC technicians licensed to work on liquid-cooled HVAC systems. They were the only ones able to service my condo! The HVAC system to my condo was broken and unable to communicate with the downstairs unit, so there was air, but not cold air. Unfortunately, one of the technicians Fox sent out today blew out the transformer to my HVAC system. The blower was operating well until it suddenly shut-off when the transformer broke while the technician was messing around with some wires inside. At this point, the technician surprised me with a $500 take-it-or-leave-it purchase of another transformer for this newly created issue. I did not follow through with the purchase and their technician refused to do anything else with my HVAC system, leaving me dead in the water with this new issue and my previous issue. He did not change the wires back and when I asked what wires were changed, his only response was an abrasive many wires were changed before leaving. It was an extremely distressing situation that I would not like to repeat again.Afterwards, Robert and Scott provided me with exceptional service that was above and beyond what I needed. After the incident, I spoke to their HVAC manager Robert about the situation and he reassured me that my issues would be resolved in a timely manner. He set up another same-day appointment for a different technician (Scott) to fix the situation. Scott came over a few hours later to install a new transformer and fuse to prevent a situation like this from happening again. He did a phenomenal job making sure that all of the wires were done correctly this time. After 20-30 minutes, he resolved the issue and fixed my HVAC system; I was finally able to feel the refreshing breeze in my apartment again. Even after the nasty experience that I had with the previous technician that Fox sent, I felt at ease with Robert and Scott on my side. I could certainly recommend Fox Service company for any of your HVAC issues.Your concerns will be heard.Your needs will be met.With remarkable people like Robert and Scott, you can be reassured that Fox Service Company will come through. A few weeks ago my air conditioner stopped working. I've never had a problem like this before, so I googled companies that do this. The truth I was a little suspicious, because I usually leave this kind of problems in the hands of my friends. I found this company called Turbo, and I couldn't be more grateful. I scheduled a visit, and they came immediately. They cleaned the filters and removed the gunk that might be causing the damage. Now my air works in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

Last week Christian repaired a leaking shower valve for us. As always, he arrived on time and completed the job quickly. During that visit, I mentioned that we were also registering a continuous water flow at our water meter. He came out the next day to assess the problem and concluded that the leak was somewhere between the meter and our house. He dug a couple of holes near the meter and found the leak which was caused by tree roots pressing on the line. He proceeded to cut out the roots and repair the line. It was a tough job, but he completed it timely and for a very reasonable price.We have been using Christian for a number of years and can attest to the fact that he is very knowledgeable and reasonable in terms of pricing (replaced 2 water heaters and 2 garbage disposals and repaired 2 leaking bath faucets). Moreover, he always does the job like he was working on his own home. We have told him repeatedly that he will be our plumber for life! We highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service of any kind.

We got a coupon in the mail from Fox Service Company (it has the 4300 S Congress Ave address on it), I'm attaching photos of the coupon. We've used their services before at our previous residence, so we decided to call them and ask them to inspect our air conditioning units. The coupon CLEARLY says the following: A/C, Heating or Water Heater System Inspection, Regularly $119, Now Only $21, so we thought it was a good deal for us, and for them, because if it turned out our units needed refrigerant, we'd pay them a small fortune to refill them. Well, the technician showed up yesterday and right away we showed him the coupon (as we were asked to do when we scheduled the appointment on the phone). My husband showed him the A/C units, and immediately he said: With that coupon...I'm only going to do a 'visual' inspection of the units meaning he literally JUST LOOKED AT THEM, and I guess he could feel that our house was cold so he could tell the units were working. My husband thought he was kidding for sure, he told him: So you are not going to check if the refrigerant is low, or if the filters need to be replaced, or if the condensor coils need to be cleaned? or anything else that is part of a regular A/C inspection? He said: Nope, just a visual inspection, the actual inspection costs about $200 per unit. WHAT? The coupon clearly states that we should be getting a $119 inspection for $21, that's the meaning of a coupon or discount: YOU GET THE SAME PRODUCT OR SERVICE, BUT FOR A LOWER PRICE. My husband immediately asked him to leave, told him we didn't need his visual inspection. What a scam. This is the textbook definition of false advertising. And it's their loss, because we had been their customers for many years, but not anymore, we already found a better service provider. If you get one of these coupons in the mail please don't fall for it.
