As usual, they promptly confirmed my appointment, the first technician and electrician at my house within an hour! Heating fixed, warm house now! Superior service every time I have used them and I have used him at least 10 times.

I made an appointment last week for someone from Abacus to come out yesterday 11/30/2021 to give us estimates on several projects (new water softener/filter, flush water heater, help with water pressure in kitchen, replace the pipe and faucet outside). No one called, no one showed. I texted the customer service number that I was given, with no response. I finally called, and the lady I spoke with said my appointment had been canceled. She saw that I had texted the number, but couldn’t tell me why I hadn’t gotten a response. After waiting around all day yesterday, I am quite unhappy and confused as to what even happened. How did my appointment get cancelled, and why wasn’t I notified? With all these great reviews online, I’m baffled as to how this could have happened.

Dylan Browning, the tech, was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and represented Stan's wonderfully.Coincidentally, our a/c broke just about a week later. Marshall came and quickly diagnosed the problem. Brian, in parts quickly ordered the parts. Robert, the second technician quickly installed the parts. We were without a/c for less than 24 hours!! Everybody with whom we interacted with at Stan's was professional, kind, and quick!

Scott from Fox Service Company came over today to provide our winter HVAC service (did a very thorough job) and my husband showed him a notice we had received on June 5, 2017 from Bryant Heating & Cooling System about a potential problem with the electrical component in the inverter of the heat pumps on our type of system that could possibly over heat and become a fire or injury danger. We had called Fox immediately on June 5th (and at least one other time as well), but had been told each time that the parts had not been shipped in and that we would be notified when they arrived. We never got a call about the parts arriving, but when Scott checked on this after he finished his inspection, he found that the part had indeed been received. He immediately drove back to Fox, picked up the part, and returned to our house so he could install it. This is the type of service that we have been accustomed to from Fox for over 30 years. While we were disappointed that we had not been notified by Fox that the part had arrived (we have no idea when it actually came in), we are nevertheless very grateful that Scott took the initiative to follow up on the problem and resolve it.

Darvin came out and was friendly and professional. He was able to get my water heater on but the company charged $150 to turn it on which felt like they were taking advantage of me in a desperate situation. Nothing was wrong with my water heater, I was just not doing it right.

The technician was very courteous and professional. He allowed me to ask questions and answered them as thoroughly and as detailed as possible. He provided a lot of technical information to allow me to make informed decisions. I will continue to rely on ARS for residential services.

I highly recommend Efficient! I bought an electric vehicle and needed an outlet installed to charge it at home. All of our electric panels were full so Efficient had to install a new electric panel.as well as the outlet. Efficient was fantastic to work with! They were able to get me on their schedule really quickly, they arrived when they said they would, thoroughly and efficiently figured out how to install exactly what I needed and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed.
