He stayed to make sure the AC was operating properly before he left. I could not have asked for better service. Showed up late and then told me they would have to remove the entire tub and tile to fix the drain plunger for which the handle fell off. Another plumber was called in from AAA Auger and had the problem fixed in less than 5 minutes, without tearing out the entire tub.
