I contracted with ARS to replace my HVAC system and this was partially done on Oct 3, 2022 - this did not install all the equipment at that time. They made several appointments to finish the installation but would never show up.I finally called Visa and reported this as a fraudulent charge. That got Home Depot interested and they, in turn, got ARS suddenly interested. They completed the install but it was not properly done and causes significant vibration from the compressor into our exterior wall - enough that you can literally feel the vibration when you touch the wall and it is very loud.I was able to get a technician out twice to evaluate and he agreed something was very wrong and that the compressor should be replaced. Since then, I have been unable to get ARS to return and replace the compressor. I have called their support multiple times, filled out many online forms, contacted the sales rep, and remain in contact with Home Depot, but still ARS just cannot seem to handle this.My recommendation is to *run* from these guys. They will take your money and not deliver the products and services they promise and then try to wait you out until you get tired of calling them.
