Griffin is a very professional and knowledgeable company. I would recommend their services. They are timely, courteous and do quality work. I have only used them for my HVAC needs but will look into their plumbing services as well when needed.

I received a text that the technician was on his way. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. After he was done, he provided pictures and recommendations that will be in my detailed invoice should I want to have it done. The price quoted is good for 30 days so I have time to discuss with my husband before making a decision. Very nice and personable technician.

Although we had been with another company we received conflicting information and ultimately were told they don't do that kind of repair David was prompt, professional, experienced and ultimately my repair was a simple fix.
