Ron was our hero on our jet job. He and his partner in crime Dan saw that to do a perfect jet job we needed our grease trap pumped and when I called the office they had no men in the area until Dan called and told them it was an emergency and that we needed to make it happen. Then Eric was here in an hour to pump out our grease traps. Thank you Dan and team for taking the time to do the job right. We will be moving all of our plumbing and jetting work to Metro Rooter;)

Plumbers that came out were great and knowledgeable but I’ve been waiting for a week to receive the report on my home. At first I was told it was being emailed to me, then I was told someone was going to call me, then it was email, now it’s someone was supposed to call and email. I have not received an email or a phone call. I paid for a service and I would like to receive the report from that service. Also We were told the day before we had the main line cleared that we would have a little bit of time before it clogged again. It clogged again in less than two days.

I recieved a callback 30 minutes after I left my message and they had someone to me within 2 hours, the same day. the plumber was very professional and did a very nice and clean job replacing my kitchen faucet. I will continue to use them

This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
