Best Sewage Pumps in Jacksonville FL

We have used David Gray multiple times for rentals and primary residence. I have always understood they were more expensive than other companies but they stood by their work. However, after this last service i am so disappointed with their pricing I will not use them again. I had them fix a leak on my in-laws hot water heater that needed a small connection and piece of pipe replaced. I could have done it myself in an hour. The plumber came and was there for less than 45 minutes and charged over $400 and didn’t even provide a receipt. Then proceeded to provide a price of $2800 to replace the hot water heater (had it done at my house for $1100 a year ago by another plumber). Previously David Gray offered and applied military and senior citizen discount but that was not offered. I recently used another plumber at my primary residence and they changed out 2 toilets in a little over an hour for the same price. Over $400 for less than an hour of work is just to much.

The worst company ever!!! It took them 11 days to install a hotwater heater. I had to heat water on the stove for 11 days and the dispatcher could care less. The supervisor didn't care either. I asked to speak to her 3 times and I'm still waiting for a call back!!!I would have rated this company a -10 but that option was not available.All I can say is, at least they were expensive!!!!!
