Gerald was AMAZING he was very professional knowledgeable and explained to me why the leaks were occurring under my kitchen sink that had a major leakage that went to the floor. He fixed it very fast and was very and tested the pipes and plumbing before he left to ensure I was satisfied. I appreciate you all for the fast and professional service because I was panicking the earlier that morning when I noticed the leak and was pleased to choose your company Roto Rooter! I had two different plumbers come out and give me estimates on a hot water slab leak in our kitchen. Both of them, suggested a 2nd opinion on where the leak was, by using American Leak Detection. I paid the $325 for American Leak Detection to come out and “detect” the leak within a 12x12 radious. Unfortunately they ended up being 4 feet off. Where they said the 12x12 leak was, was exactly where the plumbers started. So the plumbersbstarted jackhammering, which was in our living room, and that ended up not being where the leak was. They were 4 feet off and it ended up being infront of our kitchen sink. So now we have a hole in our living room and then one in front of our kitchen sink, which was where the leak actually ended up being. I ended up having to pay the plumbers twice because of American Leak Detection’s wrong “guessing.”
