They were extremely professional and competent and overcame some obstructions (pipes blocking the lid) to successfully pump it out. Encountered a number of issues and worked through all of them very professionally and competently. He brought in Chansi to help with additional pumping and then Rousseau to help finish the replacement installation.Can't say enough about the solid professional work done by Juan and the rest of the team.
