Toni, I believe his name was, was very professional and knowledgeable. he was able to quickly repair my busted water pipe and explain to me why it busted in the first place. The whole process from calling in my emergency repair in at 8:15 pm to getting someone out to my house and my issue fixed and him leaving by 9:40 (that also included someone comming out to see if I had damage done) was SO easy and quick! Twice in June.Andy replaced thermostat and heating elements in under warranty hot water heater. Job went smooth. He was on-time, left area clean, and honored his quoted price.
