I recently moved into a new home and had the appliances switched. I discovered that the fridge water line valve was leaking afterwards and the box looked cracked. Darley's phone rep was very friendly and scheduled someone within the week. John came out, identified that the box was not broken, just loose, and provided recommendations to resolve the issue. He was professional, personable, and thorough. I was very impressed with this company and plan to keep them as a contact when needed again.

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

Good people and honest

Ken spent a good day and a half doing quite a bit of work on our newly purchased home ... replaced faucets, shower kits, garbage disposal, outdoor spigots, outdoor shower, etc. He is one of the hardest workers we have met, went above and beyond to ensure that his work was completed with a high degree of quality. Everything was perfect and right on with the estimate. We will use Ken again and highly recommend him.
