I trust Wayne Nolan and I use his company for all my irritation and plumbing needs. In addition to mypersonal needs they also maintain the irrigation system my HOA. They are honest and very professional. They always offer alternatives based on what I want to accomplish and they helped save money on water consumption by installing a special drip system for landscaping--we even use the drip system for part of my lawn. This system eliminates excess spraying into the street and up onto my house. My house is over 25 years old and has copper tubing installed from the slab. In the near future I will need to have this house re-piped and Nolan will be doing the work.

Snyder did an amazing job helping us with our bathroom remodel! They took care of us from start to finish, communicating every step of the way. They maintained the original estimated price but went above and beyond in service! They built a walk-in shower, replaced all the faucets, installed a new water heater, and did a beautiful tile installation. 10/10 on all fronts!!

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.
