I made an appointment the night before on line. I received a call first thing in the am that a repairman would be by in 30 minutes. Gordon came to the house and found the issue. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He also included a 6-month warrantee but assured me that the repair would last for years to come. The dishwasher in my new house was hooked up to the drain pipe incorrectly and the sink drain was set up very haphazardly by the previous owners. Turner was able to get me an appointment quickly, arrived on time, and fixed my issues within the first hour. Super friendly staff and happy to answer questions.
